We help Employers establish, manage and optimize workplace retirement plans with focus on fiduciary responsibilities, administrative tasks and employee experience. RSA LLC is advisor to the Employer and their Employees for all things retirement related.

For the Employer, the outcomes typically center on efficiency, cost management, risk mitigation and employee attraction/retention. The retirement plan is often the second most valuable employee benefit (behind health insurance) and deserving of on-going attention by Trustees, Management and Service Providers. We will provide the leadership and direction to achieve desired outcomes and objectives.
For Employees, we engage in an education process through group and one-on-one meetings to help answer the questions: What is my Employer offering? How much should I save? When can I retire? How can I make sure it lasts throughout retirement? These questions, and many others, are answered without product sales or solicitations.
